For quite some time now there’s an email circulating around of which the content is a love advice from Bob Ong. Bob finally break his silence as he sends an email on BobOngPinoy Mailing List disclaiming the said love advice. Here’s the said love advice:

If you have a UMPC (Ultra-Mobile PC) like me  and most of the time always surfing the net using the free wifi access provided by WiGo, the problem is before you can use WiGo’s free wifi you need to run their annoying toolbar first and let it sit on your screen while your surfing. This WiGo toolbar eats too much space on my 10″ MSI Wind U100 laptop (See example screenshot below). No worries though, I have found a workaround to remove WiGo toolbar, it helps me a lot and hopefully you too.

There is actually a two way to do this, one is to find another wifi access (either free or not) or you could do the following steps:

Free WiFi Hotspot in the Philippines

If you’re like me who owns a laptop and don’t have an internet connection at home and is always looking for a free wifi hotspot or if you’re a tourist who always carry a laptop and needs a free wi-fi hotspots from time to time then this blog post is just for you.

I’ll try to list here every free wifi access that I can get. If you know a free hotspot you can leave a comment here and I’ll add that as soon as I saw your comment.

Wanted Pinoy Textmate, Smart Textmate, Globe Textmate, Sun Textmate

Are you looking for pinoy textmates?  That’s easy,  just use Google Search, Yahoo Search or MSN Search and voila you will be presented by a numerous website which more or less have a section for finding a textmate. Now if you’re going to search for a pinoy textmate migth as well use a targeted keyword. For example you can use “Globe Textmate” as your keyword for finding a good textmate. You can also use “Sun Textmate“, “Smart Textmate” or even “Pinoy Textmate“.

After searching you can now exchange funny quotes, love text or jokes with your new textmate. A word of precaution though, be very extra careful when you finally decide to meet up with your new textmate. There are many poser out there, sometimes they disguise as your friendly textmate hiding their real motives to you and showing it only when you meet up.  So be very extra careful, ok?

Now if you’re not in the mood to search your next globe textmate or your next smart textmate or your next sun textmate or your next whatever carrier textmate, you can leave your number here and hope that someone will text you and exchange words from you. Bob Ong’s Book 7: Kapitan Sino

Bob Ong’s seventh book (Book 7: Kapitan Sino) is now official. According to the video teaser of VPE (Visual Print Enterprise) Book 7 of Bob Ong will be release on May 1, 2009.  But until now Kapitan Sino is nowhere to be find on our favorite bookstore.  While we’re waiting to the book release let’s enjoy first the video teaser from VPE.

Destination Potipot Island, Candelaria Zambales

Change of Plan. While we are inviting our close friends to join our planned trip to Nagsasa Cove this coming May 30 & 31, 2009 it turned out that one of our friend’s GF owned a resthouse at Potipot Island in Zambales. So we’re going to Potipot now instead of Nagsasa Cove. Potipot Island is one of the beatiful island in Zambales along with Anawangin Cove, Capones Island, Camara Island and Nagsasa Cove. It is also dubbes as the next best thing in Boracay on this part of Luzon.

Our estimated budget of 2,000.00php will remain intact. We just hope that the weather on that day is not bad. It’s quite sad that we won’t be coming to Nagsasa Cove anymore but it’s good to know that we’re going to Potipot Island. Maybe one day we’ll go to Nagsasa Cove and enjoy its beauty but come May 30 & 31, 2009 we will indulge the beauty of Potipot Island. Potipot Island we’re coming!!!!!!!!!!!
